The Itinerary
Day 1
From the airport you will take a cab to the Conch Inn Marina, where you will be met by your Captain and First Mate. Boarding time is 2:00 PM.
Once aboard, after stowing your "gear", you will be fitted with snorkel equipment and given a briefing, explaining the vessel systems and safety. Depending on your arrival time, we will get underway for a sail of approx 1 -2 hours to our first fabulous anchorage. Dinner will be prepared and served you aboard, Your meals are provided for you aboard, but, you may at any time during the week elect to eat ashore. Relax on deck or in the cockpit and take in the amazing night sky here in the Bahamas. Turn in for a restful night sleep while listening to the gentle sounds of the sea.
Day 2-5
The pace of the adventure is dictated by you, but, always dependant upon weather and sea conditions. You may elect to slow down and enjoy a special spot for a couple of days. Each day you can sail, swim, snorkel, fish, and explore a different one of these beautiful Out Islands. Although some snorkeling will be from the vessel, most is just feet off the beaches. You will have the opportunity to go to the top of the Hope Town Lighthouse on Elbow Cay. Each cay has its own unique charm and points of interest. The anchorages and harbours provide protection and peaceful settings for evenings and nights aboard.
Day 6
We will get underway for our return to Marsh Harbour in the afternoon, being in dock at the Conch Inn Marina for your final night aboard. There will be a poolside "Luau" in the evening where we will have dinner and discuss our wonderful week together.
Day 7
Rise and take a stroll on the docks our take a dip in the pool before enjoying a farewell brunch aboard, complete with complimentary Mimosa's. Your time aboard comes to an end at 11:00AM.
IMPORTANT - CUSTOMS
Every participant MUST have a valid current US Passport. The Commonwealth of the Bahamas will not allow you to clear Customs and you will be sent home. If you do not have a US Passport visit http://www.travel.state.gov/ for information on obtaining a passport. Recently the average time to obtain your passport is about two weeks.
You will fly into Marsh Harbour, Abaco Bahamas. Remember: A valid U.S. Passport is required for entry into the Bahamas. To assist those of you who will book your own air transportation, the airport code for Marsh Harbour is MHH. The flight time from Florida to Marsh Harbour is about 1 hour.
Once your travel has been arranged, please fill out the Travel Arrangements Form then submit.
The Bahamas Sailing Adventure charter is 7 days, 6 nights with a 2 person minimum. This all inclusive adventure is priced $2800 for 2 or $4250 for 4. Included is your crew, accommodations aboard, meals prepared and served aboard, mooring and marina expense, vessel fuel, snorkel equipment, fishing gear and fishing license. Air and ground transportation to and from S/V Natures Way, alcohol, on shore personal expenses and gratuities are not included. Check our availability calendar for your cruising dates.
For those with less than 7 days available, for $225 per person per day with a minimum of 2 guests and 4 days/3 nights.
The deposit is 50% of your charter and can be a personal check, or money order. Your dates will be confirmed via e-mail upon receipt of your deposit payment.
The balance is due sixty (60) days prior to your boarding date. The payment can be a personal check, or money order. For charters booked within sixty (60) days, full payment is required for booking.

Your deposit is not refundable. However, if we are able to re-book another charter for your dates, the deposit will be refunded. Every effort will be made to fill the dates for you.
